Present Value GmbH, Frankfurt ("Present Value", "we") operates this site for registered users and prospective customers. Please read this document carefully before accessing the site, as the terms and conditions described herein will be legally binding for you.

1. Terms applicable to Users and prospective customers

By using any part of this site, you accept our terms and conditions, independent of you acting as a prospective customer or as a registered user with a User ID and a password. At our sole discretion, we can restrict your access for any reason, at any time, without any notice.

2. Use of Training Courses

Once you are a registered user with a User ID (personal or company ID) and a password, you are liable for sustaining their confidentiality. You are responsible for all activities that happen under your User ID and you agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your User ID. With the User ID and password you are able to access all training modules. Present Value offers these modules for educational purposes, but we do not make any assurance or warranty that you will achieve a measurable skill or knowledge.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

This site, including but not limited to all training modules is proprietary to Present Value and its content providers and is protected by the copyright law of Germany. We concede you an access which is limited to your personal educational purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or modify any part of the site unless you have obtained Present Value´s prior written consent. Regardless of the above, you shall be entitled to print the summary sheet at the end of each module.

4. Restrictions of Use

You agree not to use any content of the site in any manner that could compete with the business of Present Value. We reserve the right to update, modify and terminate any part of the site. Present Value will attempt to provide access to the site any time, but cannnot ensure that the site will operate without outages.

5. Indemnification

You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and protect Present Value from and against all claims and all resulting costs made by any third party which results from your violation of these terms and conditions of use.

6. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Present Value be liable to you for any loss arising out of your use or reliance on the site and the content.

Present Value disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, with respect to the site and the content regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
